League Regattas and “Your Own Name” Regatta, where else can each employee have a full days outdoor activity, bond distant teams, sustain team interaction for 10 weeks and gain a great new skill all for less than £200 per guest. We are convinced that this represents the most value for money of all forms of team and communication building events.

Industry Regattas, is there an Industry Regatta such as the “Little Britain Challenge Cup” that you feel you should be represented at. We make our yachts available to all these regattas.

Our approach is to treat the sailing activity as secondary to the course intent. In this way we apply primary focus on your key requirements but at the same time provide a stimulating environment in which to learn or enhance skills. 

Distant Horizons? If you wish to expand your horizon beyond the Solent, our team have significant experience in organising regatta’s including fleets of up to 70 yachts based in the various locations around the Mediterranean. We can draw on this experience to bespoke a package that suits your needs precisely and mix any of the above as required.
