The Inspire Yachting Team have decades of professional experience in many industries such as Construction, Project Management, Health and Safety, Human Resources, Management Consultancy and are uniquely placed to bring this knowledge and insight into a sailing environment. Our approach is to treat the sailing activity as secondary to the course intent. Of course new skills in sailing will be learnt, but this is incidental to the intent of the course. We apply primary focus on your key requirements but at the same time provide a stimulating environment in which to learn or enhance skills.

The Elan 410 is perfectly suited to this role. She has space above and below decks and you will find her comfort levels to be perfectly suitable for syndicate work and discussion.

In addition to our own team we have developed partnerships with other outdoor development organisations such that we can provide probably the broadest range of development courses available within the sailing environment.
