Using sailing as a team building exercise pays immense dividends. In the sailing environment, results of actions of individuals and teams as they work together (the aim) is immediate. A well executed tack, gybe, spinnaker launch is very much the domain of a well coordinated and communicative team where being first around the mark and pulling ahead of the other boats brings a great level of achievement and an intensity that is hard to match in other forms of team building events.

Although the programme is flexible to allow the events to be tailored to individual client needs, there is a common format that runs through each event. Our skippers are fully qualified and experienced in making sure each person achieves their potential given the timeframe of the event and you can be sure that this will remain as a topic of conversation long after the you have arrived back on dry land.

The team building event typically works out at less than £200/per guest/day which represents excellent value when compared to how long the memories will last and the morale boost associated.
